Shipping Details
- Mythology Vineyard wine club members receive free shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more in GVRD (West Vancouver to Chilliwack), Sea to Sky (Horseshoe Bay to Whistler) and South Okanagan (Penticton to Osoyoos).
- We ship with ATS Healthcare, with temperature-controlled delivery available as an add-on service for $6 if you choose. We use Canada Post or Canpar for rural and remote addresses, but please note that they do not offer temperature-controlled service.
- Orders usually ship out within 48 hours. Shipments to BC take 2 days, Alberta 2-3 days, Manitoba and Saskatchewan 3-4 days, and a little bit longer the further east you go. Please note that shipments may be delayed in instances of extreme weather conditions, but we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
- Please be advised that shipping costs have escalated significantly recently. We are trying to absorb as much of this as possible, but some of our rates have gone up.
Returns & Cancellations
We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. We take great care in crafting our premium wines and are equally committed to providing great customer service.
