This wild ferment Rosé is an intriguing blend of Petit Milo 50 %, Pinot Noir 43 %, Cabernet Foch 6 %. Fermented with skin contact and with natural yeasts, this orange wine has notes of Rhubarb, Strawberry, and Quince with a lovely savory finish. Made for sunny days and patios.
